- A refined selection of Moroccan salads: eggplant zaalouk, pepper and tomato taktouka, cinnamon-scented carrots, herb courgettes, lemon potatoes and beetroot with walnuts.
- Main Course
- Grand Chicken & Almond Pastilla: golden, crispy pastry filled with tender chicken, almonds and delicately sweet notes. Beef Tagine with Prunes: tender meat slow-cooked with Moroccan spices and Atlas saffron, served with gently candied prunes.
- Dessert
- Pastilla Jawhara: crispy thin pastry layers with a delicate milk cream and almonds.
- Tea & Pastries Corner
- Tea & Moroccan Pastries Corner — all-you-can-enjoy buffet: Moroccan mint tea and a selection of traditional pastries.

Evening Programme
The show starts at 9:00 PM (21:00)
- Guest welcome: seating under the caidal tents, around large tables of 10 guests.
- From the start of the evening: DJ, music, folklore and entertainment, without interrupting the pace of dinner.
- Savoury bites served between the tables.
- Moroccan dinner served at the table, in several courses to share.
- Dessert: Pastilla Jawhara.
- Opening of the Moroccan Tea & Pastries Corner, all evening long.
- Grand show in the arena: Fantasia – Tbourida, acrobatics, fire performer, oriental dance, immersive mapping.
- All evening long: DJ, music, dance and surprises until the stroke of midnight.
